Part Time / Seasonal

Pay Range: $16-$18 per hour depending on experience

Position Overview: Answer the phone & manage service order schedules and handle related billing. This requires strong organization and communication skills and attention to detail. Main duties involving talking to potential customers or current customers, scheduling service orders, generating accurate invoices, processing payments, maintaining records, and timely billing. Some familiarity of sprinkler system operations preferred or a willingness to learn about sprinkler systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling: Coordinate Calendar/Appointments to support manageable workload and optimize driving routes for technicians

Communication: Establish a working relationship with new and repeat customers to answer inquires, resolve billing issues, and ensure satisfaction. Handle client requests and resolve conflicts professionally.

Invoicing: Create, Process, and distribute accurate invoices to clients

Payment Processing: Handle Invoice reconciliation, track payments and manage accounts receivable. Make deposits slips and take them to the bank.

Data Entry: Accurately input invoice details and other relevant data into accounting or other software.

Record Keeping: Maintain organized files for invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.

Cleaning the office

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic bookkeeping
Proficiency with business software (Quikbooks, other software, ETC.)
Strong time management and organizational skills
Familiar with the basics of irrigation systems
