Office Administrator

Located in Vauxhall, AB

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and Directing Calls, Taking Messages and Relaying information
  • Recording work requests
  • Documenting Daily Time for Invoicing and Payroll
  • Creating and Sending Invoices
  • Organizing Safety Training and Managing Certification Documents
  • Dispatching Daily Work: Obtaining Maps, Permits, First call’s and Equipment/Work Details
  • Recording Status of Equipment
  • Responding to emails, Writing Letters and Monthly Newsletters
  • Other Administrative Duties, as required

Qualifications:

  • Willingness and Desire to Learn
  • Superior Customer Service with Excellent Telephone Etiquette
  • Multi-tasking, Adaptability and Time Management Skills
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Dependable and motivated
  • Strong computer competency with proficiency in MS Suite
  • Quick Books knowledge an asset
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work over-time when needed
