Office Admin / Bookkeeper: Retail Sporting Good Industry
Responsibilities
- Daily Till preparation, cash and transaction balance
- Invoicing and A/P
- Issue and mail cheques
- Payroll
- Benefits administration
- Month End and Year End reporting
- Bank balance
- Other office duties as required
Requirements
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience with QuickBooks and MS office suite
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Adaptable, dependable and level-headed
- Willingness to take initiative and investigate errors
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Accounting related education an asset
We Offer
- Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 2:30pm (30 hours) with some flexibility to the schedule
- $25/hour
- Benefits Package: 50/50 employer split
