Salary: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop personalized occupational therapy programs.
- Assist patients in improving mobility, coordination, and daily activities.
- Provide education and resources to patients and their caregivers concerning therapy techniques and treatment plans.
- Meticulously document patient progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Uphold detailed case management records and ensure accuracy in productivity reports.
- Actively participate in local community outreach and departmental marketing initiatives to promote services.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Wyoming.
- Proven experience or strong understanding of treatments focusing on upper extremity, pediatric, and neurological cases.
- Outstanding communication skills with an emphasis on educating patients and their families.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Availability to work full-time at our Riverton, WY location.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an outpatient setting.
- Demonstrable success in patient recovery and satisfaction.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
