Role and Responsibilities:
As an Occupational Therapist / OT, you will be integral to our patient recovery process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing customized treatment plans to assist patients in regaining well-being.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintaining clear communication with the team and patient families about progress and care plans.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and accrediting bodies in documentation and patient care.
- Contributing to marketing and educational efforts through presentations and in-services.
- Upholding high standards in maintaining equipment and workplace safety.
Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Preferably six months of experience in occupational therapy.
- Unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
- Current CPR certification.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
