Role and Responsibilities:

As an Occupational Therapist / OT, you will be integral to our patient recovery process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing customized treatment plans to assist patients in regaining well-being.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintaining clear communication with the team and patient families about progress and care plans.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and accrediting bodies in documentation and patient care.
• Contributing to marketing and educational efforts through presentations and in-services.
• Upholding high standards in maintaining equipment and workplace safety.

Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Preferably six months of experience in occupational therapy.
• Unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
