This isn’t your typical OT role.
If you’re looking to practice the full scope of Occupational Therapy—not just a narrow slice—this is the kind of opportunity that rarely comes along.
We’re partnering with a highly respected, community-focused healthcare organization in Northern California seeking an Occupational Therapist who wants more than a routine caseload. This is a chance to work across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing, giving you true variety, autonomy, and the ability to see your impact in real time.
You won’t get lost in a massive system here. Your work matters—and it shows.
What makes this different
- Diverse clinical exposure – Treat across multiple care settings, not just one
- Autonomy & trust – Practice with independence and clinical judgment
- Tight-knit team – Collaborative, supportive environment where your voice is heard
- Meaningful patient relationships – See progress from start to finish
- Lifestyle balance – Work where others vacation, surrounded by natural beauty
Compensation & Incentives
- $55.51 – $79.14/hour (based on experience; structured clinical scale)
- Sign-On Bonus:
- $10,000 (Full-Time)
- $5,000 (Part-Time)
- Housing support – stipend or temporary housing available
- Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement (403b), PTO, and more
What you’ll do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans across multiple care settings
- Help patients regain independence and improve quality of life
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care
- Utilize clinical judgment to adapt treatments based on patient progress
- Build meaningful connections with patients and their families
What you bring
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (or eligible) in California
- Degree from an accredited OT program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)
- Current BLS (AHA) certification
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently
- A patient-first mindset and genuine passion for helping others
Experience in acute care, rehab, or outpatient settings is a plus—but not required for the right person.
Why this role stands out
This is the kind of position where you can grow your skills, expand your experience, and actually enjoy where you live and work. It’s ideal for someone who values autonomy, variety, and purpose—and wants to be part of something meaningful in a community that truly appreciates healthcare professionals.
If you’re even a little curious, it’s worth a conversation. Opportunities like this don’t stay open long.
