Hospital-Based Central Coast California Critical Access Hospital
What if you could practice occupational therapy without productivity quotas driving every decision?
We’re partnering with a 25-bed non-profit Critical Access Hospital in California’s Central Coast — minutes from Paso Robles and over 300 wineries — offering something increasingly rare in healthcare:
Clinical autonomy. Direct leadership access. True community impact.
This is not a corporate rehab department.
There are no multiple administrative layers between you and decision-makers. In fact, there are no more than two people between you and the CEO at any time. Decisions are made locally. Quickly. With provider input.
Why OTs Consider This Move
- No high-volume production pressure
- Direct access to executive leadership
- Broad patient population (cradle-to-grave care)
- Tight-knit interdisciplinary collaboration
- Community-rooted, mission-driven hospital
- Lifestyle location on California’s Central Coast
You won’t be “just another provider.”
You’ll know your patients. Their families. Their stories.
