Salary: $35.66 - $47.94 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the condition and needs of a variety of patients to create effective therapy plans.
  • Deliver both group and individual therapy sessions tailored to meet patient needs and outcomes.
  • Utilize industry-leading documentation tools (Epic) to maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
  • Maintain an orderly and secure environment in the treatment areas, ensuring all equipment and supplies are available and in good condition.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan and implement comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in training and professional development sessions to stay current with the latest practices and technical advances in the field.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current Ohio OT license.
  • NBCOT certification.
  • Proven experience or strong internship background in occupational therapy.
  • Sound judgment and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Advanced certification in specialty areas relevant to occupational therapy.
  • Leadership experience or roles in clinical settings.
  • Familiarity with local health regulations and standards.
  • Experience with Epic or other similar healthcare documentation systems.
  • Ability to handle a high workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
