We’re conducting a confidential search for a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a respected hospital-based rehabilitation team in Northern California.

As a hospital-based Occupational Therapist, you’ll have the opportunity to work with patients throughout different stages of recovery rather than being limited to one narrow area of practice.
Your clinical experience may include:
Acute Care Swing Bed Skilled Nursing Outpatient Rehabilitation
You’ll help patients regain the skills they need to return to the things that make life meaningful—from getting dressed and preparing a meal to returning home safely, going back to work, or simply becoming independent again.

What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
- Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered occupational therapy services
Preferred Experience
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Acute care occupational therapy
- Inpatient rehabilitation
- Swing bed
- Skilled nursing / SNF
- Outpatient rehabilitation
- Hospital-based therapy
