Outpatient Occupational Therapist OT SIGN ON

Northern Illinois/Rockford area

Our client is a decorated not for profit health system serving a five state region.

Their flagship hospital has over 400 licensed beds and has won multiple awards for clinical and customer service.

They are part of a very large and dynamic health system which has won numerous Best Places to Work and Quality Awards and Recognition.

Additionally, they will be opening a new campus in the very near future!

Due to unprecedented growth, our client now has at least one and possibly two positions for experienced occupational therapists.

Under the general supervision of the department manager and upon referral from a physician, the occupational therapist is responsible for evaluation, planning and implementation of treatment within a variety of physical disabilities.

Education:

• Graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Council on Medical Education or Occupational Therapy Association or is eligible for the National Exam.

Work Experience:

• Minimum one year experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred

License/Certification:

• Current license to practice as an O.T. in the State of Illinois.or eligible; Current CPR certification;
