Position Overview

This full-time, permanent position in Inpatient Rehab is one of the most challenging and rewarding paths in healthcare. Here, you’ll join a compassionate team with a shared commitment to helping patients regain the independence and quality of life they deserve. You’ll work with a variety of Ortho, Neuro, and Cardiac patient populations, providing dedicated care and education to help patients understand and navigate their recovery.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Masters of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Texas license or ability to obtain
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
• Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Collaborative, team building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
• Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred
• H1B Visa Sponsorship Not Available
