OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

We’re seeking a compassionate therapist with a passion for helping complex orthopedic and neurological patients in their journey to recovery. Our ideal candidate has a servant leader mindset and places high value on patient care. We’re looking for a dedicated advocate confident in meeting each patient’s unique needs, empowering them to understand their bodies, treatments, and steps forward beyond the hospital.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Doctorate or Masters of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
• Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Collaborative, team building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
• Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred
• H1B Visa Sponsorship Not Available
