Full-Time Occupational Therapist – Inpatient Rehab

Join a hospital-based inpatient rehabilitation program looking for Occupational Therapists who want to grow clinically and work with a supportive neuro-focused team. Highlights of the Role

• Primarily neuro caseload (stroke, TBI, debility, ortho, cardiac)

• Individualized care: fewer patients per day with longer sessions (around 60–90 minutes)

• Team-based approach: collaborate daily with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and assistants

• Mentorship and growth: strong leadership support for both new grads and experienced clinicians

Your Typical Day

• Treat around 8 patients per day in a mix of individual and occasional group sessions

• Focus on functional ADLs and progressive rehab goals in an inpatient setting

• Manage your own daily schedule with flexibility in start/end times

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teammates and contribute to care planning

• Optional opportunities to precept students or assist with program initiatives
