POSITION OVERVIEW
This full-time, permanent position is based within our 26-bed Inpatient Rehab Unit at a Stroke Certified, private nonprofit hospital. You'll work alongside a supportive, multidisciplinary team and have flexibility with cross-training in Acute Care. This role is ideal for a clinician dedicated to high-quality, compassionate patient care who values being part of a community-focused organization. QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care and is looking for a rewarding Inpatient Rehab career
- Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
- Texas license or ability to obtain
- Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Servant leader mindset
- Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred
- H1B Visa Sponsorship Not Available
