Occupational Therapist – Acute Care (Hospital-Based)

Manageable Caseload & Realistic Expectations:
- See 8–10 patients per day in a hospital setting

Exceptional Mentorship (New Grads Welcome!):
- Formal mentorship program with experienced preceptors
- Structured onboarding designed to build competency within 90 days
- Gradual ramp-up: full days with preceptor → half days → independent practice with chart review support
- Learn from a leadership team with decades of acute care experience
Strong Financial Package:
- $15,000 sign-on bonus ($5,000 after orientation, then $2,500 at 7, 12, 18, and 24 months)
- $2/hour shift differential for acute care
- Up to $2,500 relocation assistance (reimbursed with receipts)
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Schedule & Benefits
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with 30-minute lunch
- Weekend rotation: 1 in 4 when fully staffed
Comprehensive Benefits:
- 21 days PTO (start accruing Day 1) + 12 sick days annually
- 403(b) retirement plan with 50% employer match up to 6% (3% total contribution)
