Highlights/Benefits:

• Full-Time permanent position with Non-Profit Hospital
• Acute care & Outpatient split, also 2-3 bed swing bed unit (essentially in-patient rehab)
• Receive training and instruction on Outpatient treatment of upper extremities conditions
• Diverse patient population including Ortho, Neuro, Stroke, CHF, etc.
• Work on an interdisciplinary team of 10 Therapists
• CEU benefit of up to $1500 per year - can also help pay for certifications
• All 1-on-1 Patient Care
• Up to date facilities
• $10,000 Sign on Bonus

• 20 days (4 weeks) per year paid time off (PTO)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Masters of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
• Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Collaborative, team building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
• H-1B Visa Sponsorship not available
