Position Overview

This full-time, permanent Acute Care position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference at the most critical stage of a patient’s recovery. Acute Care is the doorway to Rehab within this organization, and the Acute Care team serves as the heartbeat of the facility.

As an Occupational Therapist in this role, you will support patients during one of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. You’ll work with a diverse mix of Orthopedic, Neurological, and Cardiac cases, helping individuals understand their condition, navigate treatment, and take their first steps toward recovery.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• A servant-leader mindset with a strong desire to care for others

• Coachable, growth-oriented, and eager to develop professionally

• Excellent communication skills across all levels of care

• Collaborative personality with a team-building approach

• Acute Care experience preferred, but comprehensive training and onboarding provided for candidates with less experience

• H1-B visa sponsorship is not available
