Join Our Team: Occupational Therapist (Acute Rehab)

Position Highlights:

• Role: Full-Time, Permanent position in Acute/Inpatient Rehab
• Focus: Neuro-centric population, including patients with:
  • Parkinson’s Disease
  • Stroke
  • Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI)
  • Spinal Cord Injuries
  • Orthopedic and Cardiac conditions
• Caseload: Average of 6 patients per day: mostly 1:1 treatment
• Productivity Standard: 75%
• Support: Receive mentorship and training from a dedicated team of experienced Occupational Therapists

What We’re Looking For

We seek a compassionate and driven Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping patients reclaim their lives following neurological, orthopedic, and multi-trauma conditions. The ideal candidate will:

• Be dedicated to helping patients understand their injury/condition, their treatment plan, and their next steps post-discharge.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Masters of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
• Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Collaborative, team building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
• Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred
• H1B Visa Sponsorship Not Available
