Occupational Therapist Inpatient Rehab

Where the Horizon Meets Healing: Your New Frontier

Out here in West Texas, we know that a sunset is more than just a view—it’s a promise that hard work deserves a beautiful ending. At our free-standing acute neuro rehab, we’re looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist who values community as much as clinical excellence. This isn't your typical high-volume "city" gig; this is a place where the air is clear, the commutes are under twenty minutes, and your patients are your neighbors.

The Work: Mastery in Motion
When you walk through our doors, you’re joining a tight-knit familia of PTs, SLPs, and fellow OTs who specialize in the heavy hitters. Your days will be dedicated primarily to Neuro recovery—helping folks navigate the aftermath of Strokes, TBIs, and Spinal Cord injuries—balanced with the variety of multi-trauma and ortho cases that keep your skills sharp. We believe in quality over quantity, which is why we cap your day at 6 to 8 patients. You’ll have seven hours of focused, one-on-one patient care and a full hour to get your documentation done, so when you head home, you actually leave the work at the office.

The Support: We’ve Got Your Back
Whether you’re a seasoned therapist or a New Grad looking to find your footing, we don’t leave you out on the range alone. We offer a 60-Day Customized Mentorship Program to ensure you’re confident in our neuro-focused environment. We also take care of the heavy lifting financially. With a base salary ranging from $82,000 to $120,000, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and monthly loan repayment, we make sure your hard-earned degree starts paying you back immediately. Add in full benefits from Day 1 and a 401k with a match, and you’ve got a foundation as solid as a Texas live oak.

The Life: Lakes, Links, and Low Stress
Forget the bumper-to-bumper traffic. In this corner of Texas, everything you need is a short drive away. This is a land of affordable homes and top-tier schools, surrounded by lakes perfect for a weekend of fishing or water sports. When you isn't out on the water or the golf course, you’ll find a surprisingly vibrant cultural scene—from the symphony to the theater—right in your backyard. It’s the perfect blend of rugged outdoor freedom and sophisticated community living.
