OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

Full-time, permanent, Inpatient Rehab position...Inpatient Rehab is one of the most challenging, yet rewarding settings in all of healthcare. It is, at its core, the heart of Physical Therapy. In this setting, you will work with patients in the most critical state of their lives and have the opportunity to meet them in their time of need. Additionally, you will be able to have a profound impact on their recovery during their 3-week stay, and have the opportunity to see them make drastic improvements as they progress. You will work with various Ortho, Neuro & Cardiac patient populations, seeing 5-6 patients per day. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and a passion for patient-centered care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's/Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active New Mexico PT license or the ability to obtain one
• Servant-leader mindset and passion for patient-centered care
• Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
• H1-B Visa Sponsorship is not available
