• 60-bed Inpatient Rehab Facility serving as the primary rehab facility for a Level I Trauma Center
• Hands-on mentorship and training (90 days)

• 1-hour set aside daily for documentation - never take work home with you!

About the Occupational Therapist Position:

Come work on a team of 10 Physical Therapists, 11 Occupational Therapists, and 4 Speech Language Pathologists. Patients have an average length of stay of around 22 days with a 95% return-to-home rate. We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care, looking for a rewarding career, not just their next job.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
• Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
• Passion for patient-centered care
• Servant leader mindset
