Position Highlights

• Full-time permanent Acute Care position at a large Community Hospital
• Float between Acute Care and Outpatient
• Diverse caseload, including Med-Surg, Ortho, Neuro, Oncology, Renal, Cardiopulmonary, and ICU
• The outpatient population includes Ortho, Musculoskeletal, Neuro, General, Vestibular, Balance, Parkinson's, etc.
• Focus on patient care with a manageable 75% productivity expectation
• Comprehensive formal onboarding program with 1:1 mentorship from experienced PTs

• $25,000 Sign-on and Relocation assistance
• $25,000 Loan Forgiveness
• Competitive hourly rate based on experience with $3/hr cert differentials

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our team in a full-time, permanent Acute Care position at a teaching hospital where your skills will make an immediate impact. Work across various units, including the ICU, while floating to Outpatient. You’ll be supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that values mentorship and professional growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• New Mexico license or the ability to obtain
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Occupational Therapists
• Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Collaborative, team-building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
• H1B Visa Sponsorship is NOT available
