OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

A full-time, permanent, acute care position with a 450-bed Non-Profit Hospital! This Occupational Therapist will work with patients in the most critical state of their lives and have the opportunity to meet them in their time of need. Join a collaborative team of 10 PTs, 11 OTs, and 2 SLPs while working with various ICU, Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, Stroke & Cardiac patient populations, with the opportunity to work in NICU as well. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and a passion for patient-centered care. We are not looking for an individual just looking for their next "job," but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Master's/Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• An active California license or the ability to obtain one
• Open to new grads and experienced therapists
• Coachable and eager to grow
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Comfortable working with a team
• Acute Care experience preferred
• H1-B Visa Sponsorship is not available
