OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
A full-time, permanent acute care position - the acute care team is the heartbeat of this hospital. This Occupational Therapist will work with patients in the most critical state of their lives and have the opportunity to meet them in their time of need. Join a collaborative team of 10 PTs, 11 OTs, and 2 SLPs in Acute Care and 120 Therapists system-wide, while working in various units, including the ICU, Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, Stroke & Cardiac, with the opportunity to work in NICU as well. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and a passion for patient-centered care. We are not looking for an individual just looking for their next "job," but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Master's/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- An active California license or the ability to obtain one
- Open to new grads and experienced therapists
- Coachable and desire to grow professionally
- Comfortable working with a team
- Acute Care experience preferred
- Visa Sponsorship is not available
