About the Position:

Help expand and build out Occupational Therapy team. Improve return to home rate accross the department. Assist in improving onboarding and mentorship program for new OTs. In this role you will lead a team of 3 OTs that area passionate about the Neuro population. 50% of the role is focused on patient care and outcomes and 50% is focused on administrative tasks: Process improvement, training, chart audits, program development and expansion, and department education. We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care and they are looking for a rewarding career, not just their next job.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Masters or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• 5+ years of Occupational Therapy experience
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Inpatient Rehab experienced preferred
• Active Idaho OT license or ability to obtain
• Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
• Collaborative, team building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
