About the Position:

Patients have an average length of stay of around 19-21 days with a 90% return to home rate. In this role you will lead a team of 6 OTs that area passionate about the Neuro population. 30% of the role is focused on patient care and outcomes and 70% is focused on administrative tasks: Process improvement, training, chart audits, program development and expansion, and department education. We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care and they are looking for a rewarding career, not just their next job.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Masters or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• 7+ years of Occupational Therapy experience
• Neuro experience preferred
• Inpatient Rehab leadership experience preferred
• Previous leadership experience required
• Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
• Collaborative, team building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
