Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

  • New graduates and experienced therapists encouraged to apply

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to see the broader clinical picture

  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of care

  • Ability to collaborate effectively and serve as a liaison with internal and external partners

  • Team-oriented, relationship-driven, and committed to a servant-leader approach
