About the Position:

Patients have an average length of stay of around 20 days with a 90% return to home rate. In this role you will lead a team of 3 full-time OTs, 2 part-time OTs, and 2 COTAs that are passionate about the Neuro population. 50% of the role is focused on patient care and outcomes and 50% is focused on administrative tasks: Process improvement, training, chart audits, program development and expansion, and department education. We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care and they are looking for a rewarding career, not just their next job.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• 5+ years of Occupational Therapy experience
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Inpatient Rehab experienced preferred
• Active Oregon OT license or ability to obtain
• Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
• Collaborative, team building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
