We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who wants to master the art of recovery in a freestanding, state-of-the-art rehab center that feels more like a community than a hospital.
THE CLINICAL MISSION
This isn't "light" rehab. We specialize in the complex, the challenging, and the rewarding
The Mix: A high-acuity blend of 65% Neuro (TBI, Spinal Cord, Stroke) and 35% Ortho (Multi-trauma, Amputee)
The Pace: We protect your sanity. 6–8 patients per day. Period
The 7+1 Rule: 7 hours of 1-on-1 patient connection + 1 hour of protected "headspace" for documentation
Mentorship: Whether you're a seasoned pro or a fresh grad, our 60-Day Customized Mentorship Program ensures you never feel like you're on an island
THE PAYOFF
The Entry: $82,000 – $107,000 base + an immediate $10,000 Signing Bonus
The Hustle: Want more? $70/hr weekend pay is available as needed
