Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehab

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who thrives in a high-acuity, high-reward environment where neuro-rehabilitation is an art form. The Clinical Distinction
You’ll be joining an accredited, 20-bed elite unit. While other facilities push for high-volume turnover, we prioritize deep-dive neuro recovery.

Elite Caseload: Master the complexities of Stroke, TBI, and Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) alongside multi-trauma and amputee recovery.
The "Golden Ratio": Treat only 6-8 patients per day.
Structured Success: 7 hours of dedicated 1-on-1 patient care + 1 protected hour for documentation.
Collaborative Power: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with a dedicated team of OTs, COTAs, PTs, and SLPs.

Financial Security: $75,000 – $117,000 base salary
Immediate Impact: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance

The Requirements
Credential: Licensed Occupational Therapist (or eligible)
Experience: While Inpatient Rehab/Acute experience is preferred, we have the infrastructure to mentor ambitious New Graduates
