About the Position:
Patients have an average length of stay of around 15 days. In this role you will help lead: Process improvement, training, chart audits, program development and expansion, and department education. We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care and they are looking for a rewarding career, not just their next job.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Masters or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Inpatient Rehab experienced preferred
- Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
- Collaborative, team building personality style
- Servant leader mindset
