About the Hospital

• Earn up to $45,000 in bonuses and incentives
• Mix of Hand Therapy & Lymphedema with emphasis on hands / upper extremities & splinting
• CHT / CLT is not required: Learn and grow with a highly specialized team offering hands-on mentorship and training
• Non-Profit owned outpatient practice: PSLF Eligible
• 1:1 Patient care model: 45-60 minute treatment sessions
• 4-10's Schedule: 7:00-5:30 or 8:00-6:30
• All experience levels are welcome: New grads apply

Incentives/Benefits

• New Grad salary of over $100,000
• $45,000 in Bonuses offered as follows:
  • $25,000 Tuition Loan Bonus
  • $10,000 Sign on Bonus
  • $10,000 Relocation Bonus (Can be used for housing)
• 5 weeks PTO
• $2,000 Annually for CEUs
• 401(k) retirement plan with 3.5% match
