About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent Acute Care OT position, where you’ll meet patients at the most critical point in their care journey. Acute Care is the doorway to Rehab, and our OT team is the heartbeat of the facility. You’ll work with Ortho, Neuro, and Cardiac patient populations, helping patients regain independence and achieve meaningful outcomes.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just want a job—they want a career with impact, a servant-leader mindset, and a genuine passion for patient care.

Schedule & Compensation Highlights

• Flexible scheduling: 5/8’s, 4/10’s, or 3/12’s

• Weekend differential pay for rotations (1 in 4)

• Average patient load:10/day, 30-minute treatment sessions

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Servant-leader mindset with dedication to patient care

• Coachable, eager to grow, and collaborative

• Strong communication skills across all levels

• Acute Care experience preferred

• H1-B Visa sponsorship not available
