ABOUT THE POSITION:

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for providing the highest standard of care. In this position you will be working with a multi-disciplinary team who is extremely collaborative and value the input from every member of the therapy staff. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help patients who will be in the most critical stage of their recovery.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR EMPLOYMENT:

• Master or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Texas license or ability to obtain
• Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Collaborative, open to working within a team environment
• Servant leader mindset
