About the Role
A hospital-affiliated outpatient clinic in the Charleston area is hiring an OT for a hands-focused caseload, hands, shoulders, and elbows, with some neuro work mixed in (stroke, TBI, the occasional SCI). The draw here is the senior OT with deep hand-therapy experience who's on hand to mentor you, whether you're already working in hands or building toward your CHT. You'll join a small, tight-knit team on a steady Monday-to-Friday schedule, with a clinical ladder, CE stipend, and 401(k) match to support your long-term growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- MOT or OTD from an accredited program
- Active or pending South Carolina OT license
- Interest or experience in hand therapy and/or neuro preferred
- CHT a plus but not required
- New grads and experienced OTs welcome
- Strong interdisciplinary teamwork skills
