OT Systems Administrator

What You’ll Do:
You’ll be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of site OT systems — the backbone of production operations. Your day will include a mix of proactive system management and collaborative problem solving:

Provide daily support and administration for plant OT systems and infrastructure.

Maintain servers, operating systems, security tools, and industrial applications.

Generate and maintain Cyber Security Design Specifications.

Monitor and manage system Active Directories and ensure system health.

Author and maintain detailed design specifications and standard operating procedures.

Configure and test hardware platforms such as servers, switches, workstations, and thin clients.

Coordinate and validate upgrades of infrastructure equipment.

Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual work.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues, collaborating with other technical teams to find root causes and long-term solutions.
What You Bring

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of OT systems, architectures, and industrial control technologies (SCADA, PLC, DCS).

Experience supporting critical infrastructure systems and facilitating technical decision-making.

Familiarity with GMP standards, regulatory environments, and computer system validation.

Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and organizational skills.

U.S. citizenship and a valid driver’s license.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
