This full-time, on-site role offers the chance to implement, support, and enhance complex OT infrastructure while working alongside talented engineering and IT professionals.


What You’ll Do:
You’ll be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of site OT systems — the backbone of production operations. Your day will include a mix of proactive system management and collaborative problem solving:

  • Provide daily support and administration for plant OT systems and infrastructure.

  • Maintain servers, operating systems, security tools, and industrial applications.

  • Generate and maintain Cyber Security Design Specifications.

  • Monitor and manage system Active Directories and ensure system health.

  • Author and maintain detailed design specifications and standard operating procedures.

  • Configure and test hardware platforms such as servers, switches, workstations, and thin clients.

  • Coordinate and validate upgrades of infrastructure equipment.

  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual work.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, collaborating with other technical teams to find root causes and long-term solutions.



What You Bring

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of OT systems, architectures, and industrial control technologies (SCADA, PLC, DCS).

  • Experience supporting critical infrastructure systems and facilitating technical decision-making.

  • Familiarity with GMP standards, regulatory environments, and computer system validation.

  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and organizational skills.

  • U.S. citizenship and a valid driver’s license.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
