THE OPPORTUNITY
Join Saint Francis Medical Group, an established OB/GYN practice at a 500-bed regional medical center with 200+ active medical staff. This employed position offers a predictable schedule with dedicated surgery time, strong hospital support, and Tennessee's tax-free income.

COMPENSATION
- Total First Year: $350,000 - $500,000+
- Includes: Competitive base, production bonus, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance

CLINICAL PRACTICE
- Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology
- Clinic 4 days per week + 1 dedicated surgery day
- 500-bed hospital with comprehensive services
- 40-bed ICU with 24/7 in-house coverage
- ER: 30+ beds, 80,000+ annual visits
- Dedicated anesthesia group support
- In-house billing, coding, and collections
- Trauma center 15 minutes away

SCHEDULE & CALL
- Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Call: ~8 days per month including 1 weekend (approximately 1:4)
- Predictable schedule with dedicated OR block
