Qualifications
Education & Training
-
MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency program

Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Licensure & Certification

Active or eligible Oregon medical license

Unrestricted DEA registration
-
Current BLS and NRP certification
