This 25 bed acute care facility offers state-of-the art technology and specialty services almost unheard of in a small rural hospital.

We are an integral part of the region providing inpatient and outpatient medical, surgical, pediatric, obstetric, gynecologic, and emergency care services as part of an integrated health system designed to improve the overall health of the communities we serve.

They are looking for an excellent Nurse Supervisor to join their team.

Education and Experience

·         Ability to promote effective communication, teamwork, professional relationships and positive attitudes among physicians, staff, and personnel

·         Leadership skills with strengths in communication, organization, conflict management and problem solving

·         A minimum of 4 years acute care experience

·         Ability to function independently

·         Demonstrated ability to act rapidly and efficiently in emergency situations

·         Excellent physical assessment and documentation skills

·         BCLS, ACLS, and PALS, required

·         NRP required within 6 months of hire

·         Current State of Maine RN license

·         ADN required; BSN preferred
