Nursing Home Administrator
Job Description
Lead Operational Turnaround and Culture Transformation in a High-End Senior Living Community
Nursing Home Administrator – Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living Campus
Omaha, Nebraska Area

A Rare Opportunity: Lead a Large Senior Living Campus Through Its Next Phase of Growth

Most Nursing Home Administrator opportunities involve either maintaining stable operations or stepping into struggling facilities with little support. This opportunity offers something more complex and rewarding.

A respected senior living community in the Omaha area is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator to lead a large, multi-building campus that provides skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, and rehabilitation services. The campus serves a high-end private-pay population while maintaining strong clinical partnerships and referral sources.

This leadership role requires an administrator who can strengthen operational performance, improve regulatory outcomes, and rebuild a healthy team culture across a diverse campus environment.

If you are an experienced administrator who thrives in visible leadership roles, understands census strategy and staffing management, and can build a positive workplace culture, this opportunity deserves your attention.

What Makes This Opportunity Different

Large Multi-Building Campus Environment
This community operates across eight separate buildings, creating a unique leadership environment that requires mobility and presence throughout the campus. The Administrator will maintain active visibility across multiple care settings including skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, and rehabilitation services.

Upscale Private-Pay Community
The campus serves a high-end market with private-pay monthly rates ranging from approximately $15,000 to $18,000, creating a strong opportunity to build census and enhance resident experience in a premium senior living environment.

Strong Referral Pipeline
The community maintains an active rehabilitation program and strong referral relationships with regional healthcare partners, generating approximately 100 admissions per month across service lines.

Opportunity to Improve Quality Metrics
While the community has a strong reputation locally, CMS quality metrics and survey performance present opportunities for improvement. The next Administrator will play a key role in strengthening compliance systems and improving survey outcomes.

Experienced Leadership Support
The campus includes a Director of Nursing currently in place along with an established sales and marketing director supporting census development.
