The Leadership Opportunity
Executive-Level Authority
Lead all operations for this premier skilled nursing community, providing strategic direction and operational oversight for a team of 300+ employees. You'll own the vision, culture, performance, and reputation of the organization's most important facility.
Exceptionally High-Volume Operations
Manage extraordinarily high admission and discharge volume in an extremely fast-paced environment. This facility serves both long-term and short-term elderly care with a strong rehabilitation focus, requiring operational excellence and clinical sophistication at scale.
Structured Transition for Success
The current Executive Director will ensure a thorough, supportive transition, allowing the incoming leader to learn the facility's unique culture, operations, and community relationships before assuming full executive responsibility. This structured approach sets you up for long-term success.

What You'll Lead
Operational Excellence
- Full P&L accountability for flagship skilled nursing facility
- Leadership of 300+ employees across all departments and shifts
- Management of exceptionally high-volume admission and discharge processes
- Oversight of clinical operations, ancillary services, and support functions
- Strategic planning and execution aligned with organizational vision
Quality & Clinical Performance
- Drive and maintain high star ratings through clinical excellence
- Ensure superior resident care, safety, and satisfaction
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance efforts
- Foster culture of clinical excellence and evidence-based practice
- Oversee rehabilitation services that encourage resident engagement and skill development
Financial & Business Performance
- Achieve or exceed budget targets for net operating income
- Optimize census management and occupancy rates
- Control operational expenses while maintaining quality standards
- Manage labor costs and overtime within established parameters
- Drive revenue optimization through effective operations and service delivery
