Cerner Health Nurse Trainer

Our client is HIRING now for a Cerner Nurse Trainer with Cerner Community Works experience. This is a Direct Hire opportunity that comes with a salary of up to 100K a year depending on qualifications!
Position is on-location and not remote - hours are Monday - Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
General Responsibilities:
Oversee implementation of newly developed policies and procedures to ensure consistent compliance across all departments
Collect and report on educational program data to assist management in workforce education planning
Educate and train managers, directors, and clinical staff regarding new technologies
Supervise and oversees education coordinators in order to allow for effective delivery of workforce training programs
Oversee the financial spending of workforce education programs and reports expenses to management to ensure efficient use of funds
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program from a university or college
Associate’s degree required and a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
Registered Nurse Licensure in AZ or qualified Compact Licensure
3 years of RN experience in a hospital/outpatient health care setting
2 years of health education experience
Certified Health Educator preferred
Current and continuing BLS training and certifications
Experience with Cerner Community Works software
