Hospitalist Locum Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Dates: 6/1/2025 - 12/31/2025

Why You Should Apply

• Schedule: 12-hour day or night shifts
• Setting: Combination of admitting and cross coverage for adult hospital medicine patients or cross coverage for observation unit
• Patient Census: 4 admissions per shift in traditional cross-cover role, 3-5 admissions per shift in observation unit role
• Closed ICU - Will respond to codes but the ICU takes over as the code team.
• Support Staff: Nocturnist, residents
• EMR: Cerner
• Paid Travel & Expenses: Full travel and lodging costs covered to ensure a seamless locum experience.

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (PA-C).
• Experienced inpatient, hospitalist
• New Mexico licensed, DEA, ACLS, BLS
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, close-knit setting and embodies humility, hard work, and adaptability.
