The Opportunity

As a Primary Care PA/NP, you'll care for a diverse patient population across the lifespan, managing everything from routine wellness visits and preventive care to acute illnesses and chronic disease management.

You'll work alongside a supportive Medical Director who values collaboration without micromanagement.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Practice with a high degree of clinical autonomy
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families
• Manage acute, chronic, and preventive care
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of conditions
• Perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations
• Order, review, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and treatments within your scope of practice
• Educate patients about prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, nursing, and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in quality improvement and clinic development initiatives
• Contribute ideas that can actually influence how the clinic operates

$138,000–$195,000 annually, depending on experience

What You'll Bring

• Graduate degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Active, unrestricted California PA or NP license
• Current DEA registration
• BLS certification
• ACLS and/or PALS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Confidence practicing independently while embracing physician collaboration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine commitment to patient-centered, culturally competent care
• Bilingual skills are a plus
