Nurse Practitioner – Wound Care Specialist - 1 hour north of Albuquerque

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner with a passion for wound care to join a multidisciplinary team focused on restoring health and dignity to patients.

About You

• Be able to do the job as described.
• 1+ years of experience in Wound Care, Burn Unit/Wound Clinic, or Dialysis.
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of New Mexico or able to obtain.
• MSN, Nurse Practitioner
• Comfortable with advanced wound healing modalities including debridement and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide comprehensive wound care assessments and treatments across a diverse patient population.
• Utilize advanced dressings, clinical techniques, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy to promote healing.
• Control bacterial growth through evidence-based management strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate vascular, diagnostic, and interventional procedures.
• Perform sharp debridement of wounds and apply skin grafts or substitutes when indicated.
