Position Summary
A Rural Health Clinic and Critical Access Hospital, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a permanent, full-time clinic position. This is an opportunity to join a progressive rural health care organization and work with an experienced medical staff consisting of five Medicine Physicians, two Nurse Practitioners, one General Surgeon, and two CRNAs.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Traditional Full-Spectrum Family Medicine in a Rural Health Clinic.
- Duties consist of providing continuous care and management of common and important clinical problems encountered in a primary care setting.
- This ideal candidate will possess or be willing to obtain current Oregon licensure, Oregon DEA, and BLS.
- A high level of energy and ability to adjust to different-paced environments and care settings is a plus.
- Candidates must exhibit behavior, which emphasizes integrity, trust, kindness, and concern for the community.
Work Schedule
- Work schedule consisting of 40 hours per week in the clinic.
- No on-call or weekends.
