Certified Nurse Midwife / CNM – OB/GYN & Labor and Delivery
15 minutes from Abingdon and 40 minutes north of Baltimore

Trusted leader in maternity care in Northeastern, Maryland is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to provide compassionate, full-scope midwifery services in both a clinical and hospital-based setting. From prenatal visits to postpartum support, you’ll be a critical partner in empowering women and families through every stage of the birthing journey.

About You

• Be able to do the job as described
• Certified Nurse Midwife with active Maryland RN & CNM licensure
• AMCB certified; active DEA and NPI required
• Comfortable in both clinic and hospital environments, have OB/GYN or CNM experience preferred
• CPR and NRP certifications preferred or willing to obtain

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering full-scope midwifery care including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, well-woman, and family planning
• Performing assessments, exams, and managing routine & urgent OB/GYN concerns
• Monitoring labor, administering IVs/medications, and supporting hospital births
• Ordering/interpreting labs and diagnostics including ultrasounds
• Managing maternal/fetal well-being and identifying high-risk cases
• Coordinating care and referrals with OBs and specialists
• Maintaining clinical documentation and hospital privileges
