We are currently hiring for a Nurse Manager for an Adult Residential and Day Program located in Newark, Delaware. The Program provides a variety of assessment, treatment, and educational services to adults with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges.

The Nurse Manager serves as liaison with on-call physicians, community medical providers and independent contractors, while assuring the delivery of quality nursing services in accordance with established nursing procedures.

Requirements:

• Current Delaware RN License.
• Minimum of three (3) years nursing experience in a healthcare facility, preferably working with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities and/or psychiatric illnesses.
• At least one year of supervisory experience preferred.
