- The Manager will lead a team of ~50 FTE's and will report to the Director of Women's Services
Qualifications & Requirements for Nurse Manager, Women's Services:
- BSN required / Master's preferred
- RN Active License
- Must have at least three (3) years of general Labor and Delivery clinical nursing experience
- Minimum two (2) years of progressive Women's Services nursing leadership experience
- OB certification is a plus
- INSPIRATIONAL and COLLABORATIVE leadership style
