Qualifications & Requirements for Nurse Manager, Women's Services:

• BSN required / Master's preferred
• RN Active License
• Must have at least three (3) years of general Labor and Delivery clinical nursing experience
• Minimum two (2) years of progressive Women's Services nursing leadership experience
• OB certification is a plus
• INSPIRATIONAL and COLLABORATIVE leadership style
