• Position reports directly to a collaborative and inspirational Director of Surgical Services
• The Nurse Manager will have an excellent support structure including a team of 60 FTE's including a team of Supervisors, Charge Nurses and an Educator

About the Nurse Manager, Perioperative Services Position:

• The Nurse Manager, Perioperative Services will manage the daily operations of the department, develop programs and policies, provide mentoring and coaching to staff, and ensure collaborative and positive physician relationships
• Our ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of successful leadership, possess the heart of a servant leader and be able to build and maintain positive relationships across all levels.

Qualifications & Requirements for Nurse Manager, Perioperative Services

• Master's degree is preferred (must have either Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing)
• RN active license required
• Minimum two (2) years of progressive surgical services leadership experience at Supervisor level or above in an inpatient surgical services setting
• Minimum five (5) years of surgical services nursing experience (some of which must be main OR clinical nursing experience)
• CNOR is a plus
